We're going to break all the rules and tell you the truth.
There is no price list. No two sites should be the same in my opinion, so, just as I custom design every site to each customers needs, each customer gets a custom price, depending on the work involved
This has benefits for both sides of the deal, I am not limited by the price of a package, so it can't impact on the content or quality of the site, and as the customer, you know you are getting exactly what you paid for, it also allows you to add and remove things as the development cycle continues, without worrying you'll go over your package price, or your not getting value for money.
